The addition of a SafeStep extended swim platform will enhance the enjoyment and safety of your boating experience. Virtually maintenance-free, our fiberglass extended swim platforms are available in various sizes and configurations. Each SafeStep extended swim platform is finished with a non skid surface for safety. Each platform is fabricated to fit the boat's transom curve. Your extended swim platform can include special color matching, custom graphics, boarding ladders, and a variety of options. Product Information
Our swim platforms are custom designed to fit your specific model. Custom designing will give your boat the look of a ‘factory’ fit. We construct each swim platform exactly as your boat is constructed using marine plywood and fiberglass for lasting quality.
Cost and Delivery
At Contemporary Fiberglass, we strive to provide you with as much information as possible including costs, to help you in selecting your products and services. Prices are subject to change without notice. The swim platform cost is $65.00 / sq foot. This includes the mounting hardware and a stainless steel, drop down telescoping ladder installed*. (Shipping is extra.) Installed price for the swim platform is: $85.00 / sq foot, min.$400, (at my shop in Spokane, Washington). This includes the cost of making the template. We beat anyone's published or quoted price by 10% for an EXACT duplicate platform.
*Ladder is included with any order of a platform at least 20 sq foot in size; Otherwise, add $195.00 for installed ladder.

About Installation
If you are located outside of the greater Spokane area, and do not have the proper tools, or knowledge, contact your local marine repair facility for swim platform installation. Depending on transom configuration, the process for installing your swim platform is estimated to take 4 to 6 hours. Help for ' Do-it-Yourself' installation is provided.
